All work must be original and be the work of the exhibitor. Photos of the Craft to be exhibited and photos of the display must accompany any application, regardless if you have done our shows before.

You must stay for the full time of the show - NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS PERMITTED.

Make checks payable to Boardwalk Crafts. If you check has your business name on it, be sure to clearly print your name on it. (No post-dated checks accepted.)

You may send full payment or a non-refundable deposit of $75.00. Balance is to be paid no later than two weeks prior to the show.

Please Note: Electric is not available and generators of any kind are not permitted.

This show is on the Wildwood Boardwalk. You will set up on the middle section of the wood. We will supply electrical ties to help hold your canopy in place. You are welcome to use your own weights. INADEQUATE CANOPIES THAT CANNOT WITHSTAND WINDY CONDITIONS SHOULD NOT BE USED. YOUR CANOPY MUST BE DESIGNED FOR OUTDOOR USE AND BE ABLE TO ENDURE INCLEMENT WEATHER. Drilling or nailing into the boardwalk is FORBIDDEN. If your canopy has an overhang, the overhang must face north or south.

NO VEHICLES ARE TO BE DRIVEN ONTO THE BOARDWALK FOR ANY REASON.

Overnight Security will be provided, breakdown will not be necessary, however you are responsible for the contents of your canopy. You will be required to pay a parking fee to Joyce and/or Jane each day. Parking permits for the weekend will be issued at a reduced rate of $5.00 per day, per space. Arrangements for overnight parking must be made with the City of Wildwood. (We will assist you with that.)
